★ Mirio ★

Mirio normally seems extremely goofy and very energetic with some peculiar habits. Mirio has a very optimistic attitude and is almost always smiling. His personality is what led Sir Nighteye to believe he could be the man to replace All Might as the symbol of peace.

Mirio doesn't let his easygoing nature cloud his judgment or hinder his dreams of becoming a hero. He's proven to be an extremely hard worker, turning a nearly invincible ability into one of the most powerful Quirks in the world. Mirio constantly seeks ways to improve his abilities and strives to work toward his goals by accumulating different experiences to learn from.

Like many young men and women, Mirio was inspired by All Might to become a hero. Knowing he can't save everyone, Mirio chose the hero name "Lemillion" because he aspires to be a hero who can save over a million people. Despite Mirio's uplifting personality, he can suffer failure like everyone else. He has an excellent understanding of hero protocols and controls his emotions to see the bigger picture.

Lemillion and Deku acted for the greater good when they decided to allow Eri to leave with Overhaul. However, their failure to rescue her haunted them once they discovered the truth. This put a huge damper on Mirio's normally cheerful personality and burdened him with immense guilt, his guilt leading him to vow that he would never let Eri be harmed again, a promise he would keep no matter what.

Mirio is also extremely brave, and in contrast to his laid-back nature, he is experienced in dealing with dangerous people and doesn't scare easily. He was able to talk to Overhaul in a normal, cheerful manner despite knowing his past as a dangerous Yakuza criminal. He also went ahead of the entire combined heroic force during the raid and fought Overhaul.

Mirio is a tall young man with a very muscular build who possesses several notable scars around his arms. Mirio's design is very unique due to his oval-shaped blue eyes, drawn in a simplistic style with no visible sclera, and a prominently rounded nose. He has blond hair, the top of which is styled into a hood, while the bottom section is swept back.

In his school uniform, Mirio dresses like most male students, without a jacket. He wears a belt with a large, rectangular, gold buckle shaped like a carnivorous mouth.

Before becoming a member of the Big Three, Mirio had long hair that he wore in a ponytail. It's assumed he cut it so the support department could use it to make him a Hero Suit that would work alongside his Quirk.

His Hero Costume consists of a tight-fitting white shirt with the number "1,000,000" printed in yellow across his chest, along with matching embellishments on his torso and shoulder pads. Two green lines act as a belt around his waist, with similar ones on his shoulders, which dip sharply in the center, forming two V-shaped shapes. Beneath this, he wears baggy dark blue pants and knee-high white boots. Over his shoulders is a long red cape, which also sports thick gloves of the same color, and completes his costume with a white visor that acts as a mask.

Permeability grants Mirio the ability to pass his body through physical matter.

Mirio can choose to make part of himself or his entire body intangible. This allows him to seamlessly maneuver through solid objects and effortlessly evade incoming attacks.

If Mirio fully activates his Permeability, not only will his clothes fall off, but gravity will also pull his body mass along the ground. If he deactivates his Quirk while passing through the ground or another solid object, Mirio is instantly repelled to the surface due to his own body mass being unable to overlap with any other pre-existing mass.
