Trench is the continent on which the city of Dema is located. It resembles Iceland and is dotted with canyons. Also, the Trench coat is full of mountains and a small forest. The Banditos camp/base is located here. A small part of the Trench is a desert, which is supposedly inhabited by a population of cheetahs. There is also a population of Vultures in the Trench

Dema is a city on the Trench continent. It is surrounded by a large circular wall and has nine towers in the middle. It is also divided into nine districts, each of which is governed by its Bishop, each district has its own houses and government buildings. The outside of the city is a necropolis full of neon tombstones. The exit from the Dema is on the eastern side of the wall, these are the catacombs through which Banditos often walk. The city is a very depressing place. Citizens are not allowed to leave the city. There are also VIP citizens in the Dema who receive special treatment from the Bishops. The city is sometimes referred to as the "Sacred Municipality of Dema." Vialism is a religion preached in the Community. The ultimate goal of religion is for a person to commit suicide. The Glorified Departed are those who embraced vialism and committed suicide. Each of them has a neon tombstone outside the city. Their bodies are "accessible vessels" for psychokinesis. Dema is run by 8 Bishops and their 1 leader. Their names are Andre, Lisben, Keons, Reisdro, Sacarver, Nills, Vetomo, Listo. Nico or Blurryface is their leader

A group of rebels seeking to escape/overthrow Dema. They wear yellow attributes in their clothes because the Bishops cannot see this color. Also, their main attribute is torches. Their camp is located outside of Dema, far away, where no one can find them except those who decide to escape. Their camp is an open space where there is a bonfire in the middle, and in this space there are a lot of tents where food, medicine, and so on are located. The sleeping tents are located a little further from the middle of the camp. They make various forays to find supplies in the Dema, and also free people who catch their eye. Banditos camp also has various traditions and rules, and it is important for them to celebrate this or that event with their loved ones. For Banditos, vultures are a symbol of their commitment to turn death into life and continue living. "East is up" is a code phrase used by Banditos for mutual identification. This particular phrase was chosen because the exit from the Dema is on the east side of the wall. This phrase is illustrated by the symbol "pitchfork". ||-// is the Banditos symbol. It was chosen by the rebels because it is an inverted neon tombstone. Tombstones resemble /-|. The extra lines around the symbol symbolize the "jumpsuit", something that covers them and gives them support. "Sahlo Folina" is a phrase used by Banditos to signal that they need help

There are nine of them in total. Everyone controls a certain area in the Dema. Bishops can be immortal creatures because they use psychokinesis to move from body to body

Nico, full name Nicholas Bourbaki (sometimes also known as Blurryface) is the leader of the nine bishops. The most powerful, scary, and merciless of them all

Keons was Bishop of Clancy. He is described as kinder and more caring than other bishops

Ned's is a cute little creature that lives on the Trench continent. His species mainly lives on the island of Voldsoy. Neds can grow horns that can be safely removed. After removal, they make it possible to use psychokinesis

An art/ritual that Bishops use to possess dead bodies (usually the Glorified Departed). Other people can use psychokinesis through Ned's horns. Bishops can also apply psychokinesis to living beings, but it does not last long

This happens when a person is captured by a Bishop. Black spots appear on a person's neck and arms. Perhaps it's just another form of psychokinesis. In this state, a person rushes around, feeling like he is being taken over
