Family
Rindou Haitani is extremely close to his older brother, Ran Haitani. The two are practically an inseparable duo.
Ran usually seems the calmer and more strategic one, while Rindou is more explosive and aggressive. Even so, they understand each other almost without needing to speak.
If Rindou had a wife and daughter/son in his story, he would probably be:

overprotective; emotionally reserved;
very present in his own way; someone who demonstrates love more through actions than words.

And he would probably hide his family from the criminal underworld for as long as possible.

His work within Bonten would be more related to:

He doesn't really give off the vibe of someone who would sit behind a desk managing everything. Ran seems more sociable and manipulative in negotiations, while Rindou seems more like the violent arm of the duo.
