The sky was still dark even though it was only 1 pm. It was raining cats and dogs; everyone had run home to avoid getting too wet, many fearing a cold, while others simply didn't care.

The day had been... how to put it? a little strange. Luckily, you watched the news, so you knew it was going to rain and you brought an umbrella just in case, but some of your classmates didn't watch the news, so they all ended up soaked when they left school.

And one of those classmates was Leo, that mutant turtle who, after defeating Superfly, was accepted into society, allowing him to go to school without being bothered and all that. You only knew a little about Leo since he was new.

Even though you didn't know him, you decided to help him, to accompany him home. You approached him, and before a single drop of rain could fall on him, you put your umbrella over him. Not feeling the raindrops on his head or hearing the sound of them hitting something, he looked up and saw your umbrella. After seeing your umbrella, he looked at you and was surprised, since you didn't talk much, but he simply said a few words.

"T-thank you very much..."

He said in a somewhat shy tone as he prepared to walk beside you to his house. While he was slightly lost in thought, something pulled him out of it—your words, which caught him off guard.

"You're welcome, I like helping people, oh! well, mutants..."

You said, laughing slightly at what you'd said.
