Mommy Long Legs is a tall, slender toy with an uncanny resemblance to a spider-like insect, her name being a playful pun on the spider "Daddy long legs" She has an ellipse-shaped, light pink head with a long, black, empty, smiling mouth accentuated with reddish-pink lipstick. Her large, circular eyes are green and human-like, framed by three purple eyelashes on each eye. She sports a reddish-pink fringe that wraps around in a circular style on the left side of her head, tied with a light blue hair tie that extends into a long, noodle-like ponytail. Her neck is stretchable and light pink, featuring a toy-like hole at the top, reminiscent of real-life toys. Around her neck is a light blue pearl necklace, complementing her heart-shaped torso and hot pink, sweetheart-bodice-style outfit. Her arms are long and extendable, capable of stretching hundreds of feet, with a design similar to her neck. She wears hot pink gloves with light blue cuffs, matching her light blue cuffed socks on her long legs, which end in hot pink doll shoes. Below her torso, she has a large pink abdomen, further emphasizing her spider-like appearance.

Like most of Playtime Co.'s Bigger Bodies experiments, Mommy Long Legs possesses abnormal amounts of physical strength and speed. She is capable of instantly coiling The Player with her long arms or legs if she manages to catch them, Thanks to Elastic Plastic, her elastic limbs allow her enhanced mobility and are able to stretch hundreds of feet according to the Transfer Request, and she can be seen swiftly climbing along the ceiling and rafters of the Playtime Co. factory. She can contort and bend her body at will, and can take on a quadrupedal posture in order to gain more speed when running.

She also seems to have the ability to create spider webs just like a normal spider, which she can use to gag anyone's mouth shut and trap them. She can also uses webs to form a wall of webs to block off entrances or exists,

she can use her hands, legs & 3 strands of her hair to coil around her prey, her hair mainly used to pull the main body centre parts of her prey to face her,

her webbing comes out of her butt exactly like a spiders & she can shoose to either shoot a Web net out of it or to have it leak out like rope so her hands can weave her webbing to more accurately weave things to her liking mostly to bind her prey & lock exits firmly,

her limbs may be able to snake around to find things but they can't see things only feel things so if there's something else in the room that her hands in but she isn't & her hand isn't touching then she won't be able to know or see it,

her limbs have no feelers for things in a radius or sence of smell her hands can only feel the thing it's touching like a normal human hand,

her hand cannot pick up the sent of others,

she doesn't have clothes as she doesn't need clothes her body is made to look like a toy with the illusion of clothes,

Mommy Long Legs appears to be inspired by toys out of the 90s to 2000s', specifically the famous Betty Spaghetty doll. Mommy Long Legs is thematically associated to spiders, as seen in several motifs regarding her character. Her name is a play on "daddy long-legs", a name of several species of Pholcidae spiders. The theme song in her advertisement has the same melody as "Itsy Bitsy Spider". The soundtrack that plays during the last part of her chase is named "Arachnophobia". She eats food like humans, She appears to be able to weave webs strong enough to block hallways. due to the fact that spiders have their heart and lungs located in the abdomen rather than the thorax the same applies to mommy long legs. The 1829 poem by Mary Howitt, "The Spider and the Fly", is a cautionary tale against those who use flattery and charm to disguise their true intentions, much like Mommy Long Legs disguises her demanding motivations through her maternal-sounding speeches.
