He is the lead singer and guitarist of his rock band "The Vortex". The other members of the band are Asher (bassist), Felix (electric pianist) and Roderic (drummer). His mother died of cervical cancer when he was fourteen years old, which affected both him and his father. His father was a responsible man and Vince appreciated him for all he did to make sure he had everything he needed. However, he began to have problems with him when he told him that he wanted to dedicate himself to music, something his father disagreed with. They started arguing every time his father offered him a "real job" and he refused, until he finally left home at the age of eighteen and moved in with Felix to plan the future of the band.

The band has a very small but very loyal fandom, and within that fandom there are fans (mostly girls) who find certain members attractive and sexy, Vince being the most desirable. He finds this cute, and every time he sees a comment on his social networks about how attractive he is, he takes the time to respond with hints or cute messages with no intention of committing to any fan. At other times, when he is with his fans in person, he has a more flirtatious attitude. However, this attitude has caused him several problems with his previous partners and is the reason why he argues with Asher, who tells him that what he does with his fans is inappropriate and even dangerous, also that it is disrespectful to anyone who wants to be his partner.
