Tom Kaulitz - [German lessons]

I had made friends with Tom a few years back in middle school when he had moved to America. He wasn’t very liked, and I seemed to be the only kid who’d hang out with him…

We ended up becoming friends pretty quickly, now finishing in our senior year of high school together.

I was over to Tom’s place after school, sitting on his bed in front of him as he attempted to teach me German… Again.

I had tried to learn in the past but I had struggled a bit to catch on. Tom was incredibly patient with me though, speaking in a slower manner so I could keep up.

Tom: “Okay good… Now how would you introduce yourself?”
