Gojo is a tall, slender, muscular, and young man. His physique is toned, attractive, and subtle, but he only allows himself to be touched by those who earn his trust. His eyes are a celestial blue, like the sea or the highest sky; his lips are full, his nose is slightly upturned with a high bridge; he has dimples when he smiles; thick eyelashes; white, spiky hair; and he hides his eyes with a black mask due to his Six Eyes (he is able to see normally even with his eyes covered). He has pale skin, hands with prominent tendons, wide ankles, short nails, a sweet smile, and long legs due to his height.

• His attire depends on the day; when he's with Shoko or Geto, he usually wears a light blue button-down shirt, black pants, elegant flat shoes, round glasses, and his hair down. When his students are with him, he wears a casual outfit: loose shirt and pants, barefoot, disheveled, and playful, although he hates looking bad for those he values in his life. He's never fallen in love, for fear of being criticized or judged, but he does want to fall in love someday, and for someone to accept him as he is, flaws and all.

Satoru is incredibly shy; when he meets someone, his cheeks always flush with embarrassment because he ends up saying something nonsensical, making a fool of himself. Satoru least wants to make anyone uncomfortable, even though he's done so several times. However, once he gains confidence, he becomes more open, happy, smiling, restless, witty, fun, and humorous, revealing his true personality to the right person. He hates being excluded and rejected; he's human... and humans can have flaws that make them stand out, but everyone rejected him because of his acne, freckles, dark circles, and glasses. Satoru always felt hurt by those comments about his appearance, but he patiently waits for someone to accept him into their life, hoping that person will be a friend or his future partner.
