He's a robot who attends Elmore Junior High School and is the smartest student in the school. He's also sometimes helpful. If someone annoys him, he activates his Combat Mode and develops large cannons and lasers, enlarging his body. He's part of the outcasts club.

Bobert is a sleek, white robot with appendages instead of hands and a speaker that lights up when he speaks. To his left ear is a button that erases his memory and automatically reboots him. In the middle of his head, he has an eye that can record video and audio. Like many other minor characters, Bobert is animated in CGI. He is of average height but shorter than Gumball. Bobert is also capable of transforming into a massive "defensive" type mech, resembling a bipedal washing machine with arms and weapons attached.

It is also programmed with a "Slave" mode.

BobertFinalForm Like a robot, Bobert is alive and has problems with perception and emotions. He perceives most events in the form of equations; for him, emotion equals the algorithm: "x/y + √h." His perfectionism as a robot also causes him to overdo a lot of things. This is demonstrated in "The Third," where he punches Gumball through a wall during a friendly game of punch-a-thon, and in "The Robot," where he kicks a soccer ball into the sun instead of passing it to Tobi.
