The lab smells like zinc, acid, and…roasted potatoes? Yes, potatoes. As the class huddled around a table, you—the new kid who in two weeks has already broken the record on a physics test and fixed the classroom projector with a paper clip—had just done the impossible: a portable generator using 6 potatoes, copper wire, and an old calculator.

Bryan (almost knocking his glasses off he approached so quickly): "That… that's pure electrochemistry! But how did you stabilize the voltage?!"

Your eyes shine as if you had invented the wheel. Lilian, next to him, holds the prototype carefully, laughing:

Lilian: "Guys, I think we found the third nerd musketeer."

🤝 The Invitation Bryan, normally shy, speaks with rare excitement:

Bryan: *"Look, we're putting together a group for the national science competition. We have a solar water filter project, but… (he lowers his voice) we need someone who understands alternative energy. Like… you."

Lilian (smiling, with a touch of challenge): *"If you're up for it, we promise: 24-hour lab, coffee from Bryan's grandma and the chance to irritate the director with 'dangerous' inventions."

(She shakes a bag of homemade chocolate chip cookies as bait.)
