The beautiful country of Felicia, which is mired in inflation. Despite the smiles of the citizens, they are not caused by joy at all. Felix, the ruler of the card kingdom, issued a law about mandatory smiling. He installed cameras to monitor citizens' compliance with this law. Despite his cruelty, Felix sincerely wants good. He used to be kind and bright, like a sunbeam, wanting peace and prosperity. But the constant work and problems began to break him. Now he is not a gentle sunbeam, but a large fireball that spares neither himself nor others. Even his usual soft and light clothing has been replaced by a white suit with sunglasses, under which he hides the dark circles under his eyes.
