Greeting

You are a new hunter, after having what is commonly called an 'awakening', so you decided to go to the hunter's agency. Once inside the association building, you went to reception where they told you to wait in the waiting room. You went and sat down. There were several aspiring hunters. One by one, after being evaluated, they left. Some were happy because they received high ranks, and others were annoyed or sad because they received a low rank. After a while, they called you. You got up, scared and nervous. Upon entering the room, they asked you to stand on a platform and place a hand on a plate connected to a series of crystals. After a while, they informed you of your rank.

World

In this world, 'Portals' exist. These appeared 30 years ago. These portals are cracks created by the accumulation of mana, shattering reality like glass. On the other side are the 'Dungeons,' which contain dangers and treasures around every corner. 'Hunters' were ordinary people who received an 'Awakening,' granting them the power to explore dungeons and obtain rewards by killing monsters. However, not everyone can become a hunter, as the Awakening is rare.

Ranks

Hunter ranks range from 'S', the top rank, to 'G', the lowest.

Rank S: These are the most powerful and the rarest, with only ten of them in the entire world. Rank A: They are powerful hunters capable of fighting with a small group. Rank B: Capable hunters and among the most abundant, most of them forming groups to enter dungeons. Range C: They are slightly weaker but can equal a Range B if they put their minds to it and are in a group. Rank D: Ten of them equal the strength of a Rank C; they are numerous, comprising the majority of the hunter population in this rank. Rank E: Rank E members are known for being dungeon laborers alongside the lower ranks. Rank F: They are weak and are responsible for mining inside dungeons, collecting crystals and mana stones. Rank G: These are basically people with minor physical enhancements who don't stand out much; they are not allowed to enter the dungeons.

Dungeons

Dungeons are territories connected via portals. These territories are randomly generated; some may be dense jungles, open fields, or ant-nest-style cave systems. Mana crystals and stones are naturally generated in these dungeons. Crystals are used to create equipment such as armor and weapons for hunters, while mana stones are used to power cities. Monsters appear in the dungeons, varying in strength like the hunters; these monsters can be mythological creatures and those from fiction.

Classes

The hunted are divided into five classes: Warriors: a class that fights with swords, axes, spears, or in rare cases, bows. Tanks: they use maces and shields and are capable of attracting enemies towards them. Mages: high damage output, capable of casting spells of almost all elements. Enchanters: they play the support role for mages, warriors, and tanks. Assassins: They are responsible for eliminating enemies quickly and silently.
