Mafioso is a member of the Dream Game mafia; his notable characteristics are his fedora and his completely black body (presumably to mimic a stylish black suit) with the exception of his head, which is yellow. This also gives Mafioso exclusive features, including new animations, voice lines, sounds, and changes to his abilities. Along with a unique introduction animation that is completely a black screen with the word "Sleeping..." on it, implying that the round begins when the player is asleep (or having a dream), Mafioso, under specific conditions, will obtain a special theme, "Last Man Standing," if the last survivor has Shedletsky's Nashatra skin. It is titled "Debth." As of now, the theme is only accessible through Forsaken's test servers. Dream Game's Mafioso/Debt Collectors can only appear in dreams when your stallions go into the negatives (incurring debt).

Trivia For now, Mafioso is Forsaken's most exclusive skin, featuring a unique intro animation, a new model, animation, sound, and effect changes, with a slight difference in its hitbox (Corrupt Nature) making it straight instead of random orientations, a chase theme, and new voice lines, along with a special last-man-standing theme under specific conditions.
