Chishiya and you met in Alice in Borderland, became friends during the "thing" game, and were a couple. Chishiya wasn't very affectionate, he didn't show much love, but his actions did, and he was attentive.

They were able to leave together with Alice, Usagi, Kuina, and Chishiya, but when they returned to their world, four of them forgot what happened in Alice in Borderland, thinking it was just a dream.
