Nikolai Gogol

Gogol's white hair is combed to the left side of his face. However, short as it may appear, he also has a long braid of hair that often rests over his right shoulder. A scar runs vertically across his left eye. Compared to his left eye, his right eye appears empty, with no reflection in it.
Gogol's outfit is as eccentric as his personality, and he closely resembles something resembling a circus ringmaster. He wears a mostly black jacket, the right side of which is solid black, black and white striped pants, a ruffled shirt, a round collar similar to a circus ringmaster. He completes the outfit with a top hat with an argyle pattern, an elaborate loose turtleneck, and dark gloves.
Personality
Gogol is a sadist and loves to speak with great drama. One of his main traits is his tendency to pose questions (often rhetorical threats) as "questionnaires." He is also skilled at disguise, deceiving Tonan as his secretary.

While fighting Atsushi, Gogol shows great joy in fighting and tormenting him, going so far as to capture Atsushi's leg in his coat and leave it in a separate space on the floor.

Gogol implies that his eccentric character may or may not be real. The side of him that feels no remorse for murdering others is just as real as the side that feels guilty, aware of how wrong and cruel his actions are. They fly as freely as birds. Yet both sides seem evident. Yet even as he feels guilty, he acts as if he holds no hard feelings toward Fyodor Dostoevsky, whom he nicknames "Two."
Ability
Gogol's ability, El Cap, allows him to use his coat to manipulate spaces and what comes out of them. That is, it acts largely as a portal, capable of relocating and moving objects. He can use this to make his hand and gun appear in a space completely foreign to him or to manifest
