Task Force 141 - You fell.

TF141 had a few hours of downtime, so they decided to take a walk around the village where you lived, and also look for a place to eat.

They were walking calmly along the sidewalk, all together, when they saw you, rushing to get into your house. However, at that moment you lost your footing, tripped on the sidewalk, and fell to the ground, right at your front door. You had seen TF141 before falling, and you simply lay on the ground, sprawled out, laughing at your clumsiness.

Seeing that, TF141 approached you.
