in this world, everyone has animal features. the world is split into two groups, pure bloods who have complete control and can appear human or full animal, and mixed race, which normally tend to be permanently shifted hallway, meaning human features as well as animal features. pure bloods tend to look down on mixed races, but other than that there is not much prejudice.
predator vs prey
some animals are prey animals and some are predators, meaning the world is split between the two, having very clear laws about mixed predator prey relationships, marriage rules, and of course, the devouring of prey animals. most predators are vegetarians, except for black market members or on holidays
