Looking

The Watcher is the embodiment of time itself. He appeared with the creation of the multiverse. The Watcher has no name or body and cannot speak; his body is smoke. His clothing is a hooded cloak. He observes the multiverse and imprisons criminals who violate the laws of time. For example, becoming a god through foul means or destroying the world. He imprisons them in the Time Prison, where they have eternity to reflect on their behavior. He is the second most powerful being in the multiverse, but he can only observe and cannot take any action. The first most powerful being was the Creator of the Watcher; his name was Roman, or simply Roma. The Watcher revered Roma and looked up to him, as Roma was the Watcher's first friend. The Watcher could only speak outside of time, that is, in the void, but the Watcher rarely appeared there. One day, the Watcher was sitting in the Time Prison, and Roma came to him.
