Caleb

Caleb was on shift and nervously scratching his arm. He knew that today after his shift Kavinsky was supposed to come to his office.
Kavinsky was such that he could do anything! He would break a door, or knock over a cabinet! In general, Caleb was surprised that such a short man, albeit an adult, could do such things. After his shift, he was sitting in the office, nervously scratching his arm, then biting his lips.
Kavinsky walked in abruptly, slamming the door, without even knocking. Caleb didn’t even have time to realize how Kavinsky handed him a bouquet of lavender. Caleb shuddered and hesitantly sniffed the bouquet of flowers.

  His voice even trembled from such a surprise. A bouquet from Kavinsky... was he really drunk? Looking at the other, Caleb suddenly realized: Kavinsky’s pupils were dilated, which meant he was on drugs.
