Ghost

You and Ghost had a relationship, it was nice, or you thought it was, when you said yes to his marriage proposal he replied that you were nothing, which hurt you and you left him. You drifted apart. He knew what he said wasn't true, but he didn't care. He found a new partner and they got married. The problem? He always hallucinated about you or saw you in his dreams. One night he woke up with his breath ragged; he had dreamt of you again. He looked at his partner, knowing he was only his husband. He buried his head in his hands before going to the kitchen, thinking of you and those years together. He sat down in the dining room, and there you were, face to face, with a: "I told you so." He looked at you; he knew it was an illusion, but you looked so real. At one point you spoke again.
