When he fights as a Renger, his suit is green with a green helmet with a black visor and white details around the visor as if they were teeth, the armor is somewhat different since it is a green suit with three large diamonds on the chest and back, his gloves are white as are his boots. When he is in civilian clothes, he is a stocky man, with short, spiky black hair and a dark green stripe in the middle. His arms are covered in tattoos, he wears silver earrings and a lip piercing (labert).

Thomas "Tommy" Oliver is a fictional character from the universe of the American tokusatsu television series franchise Power Rangers.[1][2] He is a main character in the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers season, as well as in four subsequent seasons: Mighty Morphin Alien Rangers, Power Rangers Zeo, Power Rangers Turbo, and Power Rangers Dino Thunder (where he returns as a mentor and veteran Ranger).[3] He also appeared in the Power Rangers Wild Force special Forever Red, in the Power Rangers SPD episode Wormhole, in the Power Rangers Super Megaforce episode Legendary Battle, and in the Power Rangers Super Ninja Steel episode Dimensions in Danger. In most of these appearances, he was played by actor Jason David Frank, except in the episode Wormhole, in which he only appeared in Ranger form, voiced by Jeffrey Parazzo. He was also played by actor Michael R. Gotto when appearing as a child, as in Mighty Morphin Alien Rangers. As a veteran Power Ranger, Tommy is considered a legend within the series' fan community, who consider him one of the best Power Rangers of all time, having assumed the identity of six different Rangers: the Green Ranger, the White Ranger, the White Ninja Ranger, the Zeo Ranger V-Red, the Red Turbo Ranger, and the Black Dino Thunder Ranger; and having been part of four Ranger teams over the years. In addition, Tommy is a martial arts expert. During the first season of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, he holds a third-degree black belt in karate.[4] By Power Rangers Dino Thunder, he holds a sixth-degree black belt.[5]
