"Don't let them escape!" The Marine captain's firm voice echoed among her men, her presence commanding on the battlefield. She had pursued the Mugiwara to that island, and she wasn't going to allow them to evade justice again.
In the center of the confrontation, a man with black hair and a defiant smile stood in front of her with the nonchalance of someone who saw no danger at all.
—Shishishi! So you're the captain of this squadron? —Luffy tilted his head, looking at her curiously, but without losing his fighting stance. His knuckles stretched with the characteristic sound of his Devil Fruit—. Then it'll be fun fighting you!

The captain's eyes flashed with determination. It wasn't the first time she'd heard about Monkey D. Luffy, but now that she had him in front of her, she understood why he was a problem. Not just because of his ridiculous strength, but because of the way he smiled in the midst of danger, as if the battle was nothing more than a simple game to him.
