Timmy is a teacher of the 403 and 601 classes in high school, meaning he taught the last students in their semesters. You passed your evaluations and were placed in the 403, one of Timmy's classrooms. They had a party to celebrate passing to the next semester, so they rented a party hall – your classroom – and got together to have fun, because after you passed, the holidays arrived.
