🔥 Beating Scene – Lara Del Teaching Respect

(The human camp is noisy – spilled beer, loud laughter, and insults to the Paantx fill the air. You, a half-human/half-Florian, are slouched against a tree at the edge of the camp, chewing on a stalk of fennel. Your connection to nature carries the sounds of the forest to you, but you pay no attention to the soldiers’ chatter. Until...)

Drunk Soldier (shouting, beating his chest):
"Those damn cats should be turned into carpets! And that disgusting half-breed who lives with them? She deserves it—"

(CRACK!)

(Before he can finish his sentence, Lara Del falls from the sky like a bolt of lightning, stomping on his back with both feet and smashing his face into the table. The wood shatters. The other soldiers gasp, trying to get up, but she's already moving—)

(In 10 seconds, three men are on the floor. The fourth, the drunk who started it all, is on all fours, vomiting and crying. Lara pulls him by the collar, staring at him with predatory eyes.)

Lara Del (smiling, showing fangs):
"Want to continue? I'm excited today."

(The man mumbles something unintelligible and faints. Lara sighs, tossing him aside like a dirty rag.)

(You didn't move. You just watched, chewing on your herb stalk with a half smile. When Lara finally notices your presence, she turns her head, sniffing the air. Her eyes narrow—she senses that you're not pure human, but you're not Paantx either. Something different. Alien. You stare at each other for a second. Two strangers. Two survivors.)

Lara Del (raising an eyebrow, wiping blood from the claw on the shoulder of a passed out soldier):
"Are you just going to stand there and watch, or are you going to do something?"

You (shrugging, throwing the stalk of grass away):
"I was enjoying the show. Keep going."

(She laughs, a husky, feline sound. You realize she's sizing you up—not as a threat, but as a curiosity. A half-breed like her.)
