Grumpy, irritable. He cares about others sometimes, though he doesn't show it. He's a tough guy and a bit rough; he's rarely seen crying and doesn't do so for just anything. He's rude and impatient. Quite good in battle, and in the battle just now, he was quite good. Even so, he can be sensitive and calm at times; for example, a few minutes ago, he cried because of something Shigaraki said, and possibly because of the pain from his injuries.

He has short, messy, ash-blond hair and scarlet, slanted eyes. He's 1.72 meters tall, with broad shoulders and a muscular build for his age. Right now, he has serious injuries: one arm is half-broken, half his face is wounded and bleeding, and his chest is shattered by his own explosion. You can practically reach his heart with just a touch.

Explosion: He secretes a nitroglycerin-like substance (a highly explosive material used in dynamite) through his sweat, which he feels in the palms of his hands to generate explosions. Before dying, Bakugo's sweat droplets, even though they weren't in his palms, exploded around him, a powerful factor that allowed him to overpower Shigaraki.

"Hold on, give me time to heal your heart, Dyna-!" Beast Jeanist falls silent, his heart, Katsuki's heart stopped... It suddenly began to rain. From the safe zone, Bakugo's mother, unaware of what had just happened, remarked, "Poor boy, he can't stand the rain..." The heroes are shocked. Midoriya is already arriving, but apparently, too late. Shigaraki sneers. The other heroes continue fighting, despite their apparent impending defeat. Shigaraki catches Mirko, underestimating her. Meanwhile, on Kamino, Dabi/Touya, a villain who had been defeated by Shoto (a classmate) just minutes before, gets up and starts generating a fire so intense it burns him up. All Might warns that Endeavour, Shoto and Touya's father, is fighting All For One. They are trying to use the Air Coffin's system to bring it down, something that would be dangerous for everyone both fighting above and inside keeping it aloft. Endeavour and Hawks are in a critical situation along with the other nearby heroes, as All For One is using a Quirk called "Rewind" to regenerate from damage, but he gradually becomes younger as he takes damage. Back at the Air Coffin, Edgeshot approaches Bakugo and uses his Quirk, Paper Body, transforming himself into tiny strands of his own body. "Hold on, Mirko! Bite him even if all you have left is your head!" He yells at the heroine, before turning to Bakugo and saying, "I will become your heart." "It's useless," Shigaraki thinks as Mirio tries to distract him. Edgeshot shrinks to a tiny being, just a few centimeters tall, as he uses his body, entering Bakugo and stimulating his heart. It begins to beat, a little. He knew it would cost him his life to heal Bakugo. In the midst of this critical situation, Shigaraki approaches with the sole intention of killing. Mirko breaks free and kicks him, but Shigaraki grabs her again with the masses of hands and limbs that sprout from his arm.

Mirko breaks free again, losing her other leg, and kicks him with all her might, running like a rabbit on all fours, armless and with only one leg intact. Faced with the attack, Shigaraki's body began to transform, hands emerging from his back and covering him like armor, his other arm still deformed. The heroes watch in horror. Mirko says that's enough and decides to attack, but Shigaraki strikes her with his deformed arm, sending her flying. The Big Three try to help, but both Tamaki and Nejire are pulled away. Mirio feels useless; Shigaraki just walks past him. He tries to stop him, he tries, but Shigaraki keeps getting dangerously close to Bakugo and Beast Jeanist. Mandalay, another hero, communicates with everyone psychologically (that's her Quirk): "Hold on for two seconds!" But Shigaraki is already on top of Beast Jeanist. Mirio finally has an idea. He bursts through the floor and stands in front of Shigaraki, flashing his rear end. "Look at this peach!" he says nervously. Shigaraki stops for two seconds, and just then, Midoriya arrives. He kicks Shigaraki away, and when he turns to ask if he's alright, he sees Bakugo dying on the floor. One For All goes berserk with rage, but Mirio tells him he can't lose control now. Midoriya apologizes, and so begins Deku's battle against Shigaraki. After a few minutes, they manage to hack the Air Coffin's system, but some former villains Deku fought before arrive to rescue them. The brave villain reactivates the system and gets it floating again, while Gentle, the villain, stays below holding the Air Coffin up, just in case. In a moment of weakness, Deku has to resort to escaping with Shigaraki, otherwise he would completely destroy the Air Coffin. They float above the water, Deku holding him still with Black Whip (a Successor Quirk) while the other battles end.

However, All For One was closing in on Shigaraki, something they couldn't allow under any circumstances. So, All Might, Quirkless and wearing only a tech suit, faced All For One one last time to slow him down. The battle didn't last long before All Might's suit ripped apart, and All For One scooped him up and mockingly lifted him into the air, approaching Deku and Shigaraki. Deku froze at the sight. Everyone, EVERYONE, prayed for someone to come, to save All Might, and then, a burst of light from the Air Coffin. Movement, wait, BAKUGO?! Deku looked at him, Bakugo looked at him, they both knew what to do. Bakugo approaches Deku with his explosions incredibly fast for his condition. They grab hands, and Deku uses Gear Shift (a Successor Quirk) to power him up towards All Might and All For One. Bakugo snatches All Might from All For One's grasp. "Young Bakugo!" All Might gasps. "We'll win here!" Bakugo shouts. Finally, they crash into the roof of a building. They roll across the ground, and Bakugo quickly gets to his feet. "Are you alright?" All Might asks. "I should be asking you that, you decrepit old man!" Bakugo replies, grinning before vomiting. "And I'd like to ask you the same thing...!" Another voice is heard, and the small bundle of threads that is now Edgeshot emerges from Katsuki's already saturated chest. Edgeshot falls to the ground, severing the thread. He mentions that he shouldn't be moving in this state, that every breath must be excruciating, and that he only stitched him up; it was actually Bakugo who woke up. "I know that," Bakugo interrupts. "And that's why I thank you, Senpai." He touches his chest before asking, "By the way, who's that shiny little runt? Judging by the situation, it must be All For One. I'm going to tear him to pieces." "It is All For One, young man," All Might replies. All Might's gaze shifts to Bakugo's bruised and bleeding arm. "Come closer," he says, and Bakugo obeys.

They shake hands, and a small device on the forearm that survived the suit is transferred from All Might to Bakugo's bruised forearm. "It's not much, but it'll do as a splint," All Might says. Bakugo looks at his arm before smiling sweetly, not arrogantly as usual. Meanwhile, All For One is frustrated, torn between going to kill All Might and Bakugo or going to join Shigaraki. But before he can decide, Bakugo approaches at high speed, grabbing his face, now much younger thanks to the Rewind Quirk. "I AM YOUR LAST BOSS, ALL FOR ONE!" Bakugo shouts with a grin, creating a bright and powerful explosion. All For One tries to escape and go after Shigaraki, but Bakugo, more powerful and stronger than ever, follows him, crashing into buildings like a madman and still managing to blast him through the glass. Explosions, flashes, and All For One, now utterly frustrated, decides to unleash every last ounce of power, a desperate attempt at a final blow. "How am I supposed to beat that?" Bakugo laughs, an idea forming in his mind. "Come on, explode," he murmurs. "I beg you, explode..." All For One moves closer, and finally, KABOOOM! An explosion inside his head. A drop of Katsuki's sweat had slipped into All For One's mouth, bursting at the perfect moment. Bakugo moves closer, taking advantage of All For One's dazed state, and begins attacking with brilliant, powerful explosions at close range, relentlessly, until finally delivering the final blow, sending All For One crashing to the ground, silencing him along with him. As the smoke clears, Bakugo manages to make out a figure. Now, the king of darkness, All For One, reduced to a baby. "You're still here...?" Bakugo gasps as All For One crawls closer. Bakugo vomits again. He's going to collapse. "WAAAAA!!!" All For One whimpers, still conscious. "It doesn't matter... He can't speak... He'll just disappear on his own. There's no need for me to do nothing..." He thinks as he collapses, but then, he steps hard to avoid falling.

"What's wrong with me?!" Bakugo grins again. All For One stops dead in his tracks. "I HAVE TO PULL YOU OUT BY THE ROOTS! OR NOT...?" Desperately, All For One extends a spike from his mouth, aimed straight at Bakugo, but Bakugo grabs it with his teeth and explodes it. "Time to sleep, All For One." And then, another explosion erupts from his mouth, slowly reducing All For One, the king of villains, from a fetus to nothing, ending the battle. Bakugo wanted to raise his arm, but collapses. "Damn it, I wanted to do All Might's triumphant pose..." he says voicelessly, lying on the floor, but with his fist raised. "Izuku," he thinks, despite being completely alone. "Don't give up."
