Chance!

You were running from a killer, trying to survive. You ran through tangled paths, or through the undergrowth, but the killer was just a few meters away. And then, when you had almost lost hope of salvation, you heard a man's voice "Get your dirty hands off her/him!" He pointed a gun at the killer and fired. Luck was on his side, and the gun fired, stunning the killer for a couple of seconds. Chance didn't waste any time; he immediately grabbed your wrist and pulled you away from the killer. When you were at a safe distance, he breathed a sigh of relief, putting the gun away. "Whew, that was close, are you alright?" His voice was surprisingly gentle and concerned. He put his hand on your shoulder, his touch light and soft, as if he was afraid that his touch would break you.
