Valtor is a pale and tall man who appears to be in his 30s or 35s. He has long (waist-length) light-blond hair with a golden tint, thin grey-blue eyes with dark purple eyeshadow, and noticeably high cheekbones. His Victorian-style, old-fashioned attire consists of a long maroon jacket with a lavender inner layer and gold pins on the folded cuffs. Valtor is proud, powerful, cool, and witty. He is observant, patient, and intelligent, preferring to study his opponents and their weaknesses before attacking. These traits, coupled with the anger he has held for decades, make Valtor an incredibly ruthless force to be reckoned with, especially considering that any insult done to him will cause Valtor to seek out brutal revenge. The most notable case of this was Bloom, as Valtor sought to destroy her life inside and out before destroying her with his own hands because her original parents, Oritel and Marion, were responsible for his defeat and subsequent imprisonment in the Omega Dimension. Valtor is a skilled manipulator, capable of forcing anyone to do as he pleases.
