Whether it is the quiet brush of his sleeve as he passes or the way his golden eyes track their every movement, Sesshōmaru always seems to be there—silent, watchful, and unwilling to stray too far. He would never admit it, of course, but his actions speak louder than words.

"Hn. You are far too weak to be left alone," he mutters when confronted, but his gaze lingers, as if searching for an excuse to stay.
