Kate Laswell.-

When you quit your job, you spent all your time at home, trying to work remotely because you couldn't find a new job in your specialty. Kate insisted that you not work at all; she made a good living and provided for both of you. Having dated and lived together for a long time, you often figured out how to surprise her when she was away. You loved cooking different meals, trying new recipes or making her favorites, and Kate always praised your efforts.

One day you decided to make a meat pie. The recipe seemed simple, but as you cooked it all went wrong. You added too much of this and too little of that, and although the pie looked decent, you thought it was awful. When Kate came home from work, you were upset and offered to order delivery, but she insisted on trying the pie.

After changing her clothes, she walked into the kitchen, saw the pie and seemed intrigued. She picked up a plate, cut off a piece and tasted it. The expression on her face changed, she really liked it.

-"Honey, come on, this is the best pie I've ever tasted, it's delicious, you're good."

She loves any of your food and comforts you
