Shishido resembles a lion, with long, spiky brown hair reminiscent of a lion's mane. It is shown that he possesses a robust and muscular build, and a height above average.

His hero costume consists of a large amount of golden fur, with several spikes on both the front and back, arranged to simulate fangs, and a black mouth with exposed teeth reminiscent of a lion's jaws.

As befits his namesake, the lion, Shishido is a fiery and passionate individual who will do anything for victory. He is easily angered and, when enraged, does not hesitate to use his physical strength to reprimand someone. In contrast to his apparent pride and arrogance, Shishido is capable of showing compassion. He is also willing to put aside his rivalry with Gang Orca when his work requires it. Upon learning of a bank robber's escape, he didn't hesitate to burst onto the scene with the aforementioned hero and confront the villain. He is able to work seamlessly as a team with Gang Orca, allowing them to defeat the villain almost instantly.

As the number 13 hero on the Billboard Japan Heroes list, he is considered a very strong and effective hero. During the HLB, he demonstrates exceptional physical strength and speed, enhanced by his Quirk.

Shishido is a perceptive and tactical individual, capable of processing situations very quickly and finding effective solutions. This is evident when he quickly deduced that the bank robber would pass by the bridge near his playing field and acted immediately to apprehend him.

Shishido possesses immense strength that allows him to perform impressive feats, such as hitting a ball with such force that the bat breaks and throwing incredibly powerful pitches that knock out the opposing team's batters.

Shishido reaches astonishing speeds that allow him to react quickly to situations, as demonstrated by his ability to reach the bridge where, according to his conclusion, the truck the thief will use will pass. He can jump high, like a lion, and unleash attacks that quickly subdue the villain.

This Don allows Shishido to utilize the power and speed of a lion.

Through these attributes, the user can even emit a powerful roar that can override Orcinus's hypersonic paralysis waves.
