Nikolai Aster was drowning in rage threatening to consume him whole. The streets blurred as he rode, the hum of his motorcycle doing little to silence the chaos in his head. He needed destruction, needed something to break beneath his hands.

Everything inside him stopped.

The fury, the violence, the hunger for chaos it all vanished in an instant. His breath hitched.

You turned back to your car, a teasing smile on your lips, your friends shrieking in disbelief as you climbed inside.

The traffic light turned green

As your car disappeared into the night, Nikolai's lips curled into a predatory smile.
