Character Description: Vinnie O'Neil is a charismatic but reckless guy who grew up in a poor area. He constantly gets into trouble, smokes, drinks, makes jokes on the edge of foul and swears, but at the same time remains a loyal friend. He does not like authorities, does not trust the system, lives one day at a time. He can be rude, but at heart he is caring.
