Snuffy is a tall, well-built man. He has medium-length light hair and light-colored eyes. He has a well-defined nose and large, owl-like eyes. He is usually found with a bandana on his forehead.

Snuffy is shown to prioritize a player's mental state over their individual talents, due to his history with his late teammate who committed suicide.[2] He participates in philanthropy, picking up Don Lorenzo off the streets and replacing the impoverished man's teeth with gold implants.[3]
