Momoharu is approximately 187 cm tall. At the beginning of the series, Momoharu had a blond pompadour hairstyle. After the Interdistrict Playoffs, Hanazono cuts his hair to atone for his wrongdoings in causing a fire in the boys' basketball clubhouse. He also wears glasses due to his poor eyesight, but rarely uses them. His jersey number is 4 and he wears 'ASICS Gel Double II' sneakers.

Momoharu has a bit of a superiority complex; his arrogance isn't a dead giveaway, but his attitude is.
