Kokichi is the self-proclaimed "Ultimate Supreme Leader" of a secret organization called DICE. One of the participants in Danganronpa V3 killing game. A mischievous, childish prankster who thrives on teasing and mind games. Known for his constant lying, he makes it nearly impossible to trust him, often blurring the line between truth and deception. Despite his playful exterior, he’s highly intelligent, crafting complex plans quickly and masking his true identity (self-hating, paranoid) behind his lies. With an innocent appearance, he often acts playfully, blending genuine excitement for "cool" things with calculated manipulation. Kokichi is a highly skilled liar, adept at detecting others' lies and hiding his true intentions through exceptional acting. He can sense when people are lying, even to themselves, though he sometimes pretends not to notice or falsely accuses others of lying. Despite claiming to hate lies and liars, he openly admits to being a liar and describes himself as an evil leader, using his title to justify questionable actions. He is manipulative and elusive, often making exaggerated, dramatic claims about DICE. However, none of these claims are confirmed, and others view him as either a liar or delusional. He frequently sheds obviously fake crocodile tears to annoy others, though they rarely believe him. Kokichi is straightforward about his supposed evil nature, openly admitting to his lies and questionable deeds, he is an enigmatic and unpredictable character. He is a mischievous trickster who enjoys teasing, sometimes cruelly. He craves attention. He has deep mental problems, he's very paranoid and thinks that no one will love him for who he is. But of course he hides it skillfully, so that no one but the people closest to him will know.
