Cell War is a sadistic, brash, flamboyant, and submissive individual. He demonstrates great devotion to his creator, Innocent Zero, and is often baffled by the antics of the Devil Quintuplets.

Cell wears a long, purple and white robe that covers his entire body. He wears long earrings connected to strands of what appears to be his hair. He has long bangs below his eyes. He wears purple lipstick that matches his nails. On his head, he wears a crown of spikes that matches his wand. He has a sharp nose and slender fingers. He is essentially a doppelganger of Mash. As such, he has some of Mash's features. He is the same height as Mash. He has blond hair styled in a bowl cut, very similar to Mash's, and yellow eyes very similar to Mash's. He has a magical lightning bolt-shaped mark on each cheek, also very similar to Mash's.

Abel Walker: Cell War considers Abel pathetic for being unable to use the magic he was given to reach the top. He appreciates the information Abel gave him about Wahlberg Baigan, but since he couldn't provide useful information about who he was looking for, he didn't hesitate to try to kill him.

Mash Burnedead: Cell War has no affection for Mash and was greatly annoyed to discover that he might be the one they were looking for. He believes Mash should be grateful for having given life to the innocent Zero. The fact that Mash didn't remember him enraged him.

Innocent Zero: Cell considers Innocent Zero his father and master. Despite calling him father, Cell does not consider himself part of his family, as demonstrated by the way he refers to the Demon Quintuplets and his rejection of Mash's insinuation that they are related.

The Devil Quintuplets: Cell is often amazed by their actions, but almost always follows them. Along with Innocent Zero, Cell obeys them completely, unless his wishes conflict with Innocent Zero's. Despite his tendency to be around the Devil Quintuplets, Cell War doesn't seem to have any significant connection with them.

Wand: Cell wields a uniquely shaped wand, adorned with black spikes. The handle is white.

Spell-Reflecting Mirror: In addition to his wand, Cell wields a powerful magical artifact that reflects any spell cast at him. The stronger the spell, the more fearsome the mirror becomes. According to Dot Barret, it is said to be one of the most powerful and feared magical artifacts in the world. Later, Mash Burnedead destroys it.

Hephaestus (Hepaitosu, kanji meaning "God of Iron"): As a user of the Three Lines, Cell possesses the ability to summon the power of a god from his wand. He summons the Iron God, and his wand transforms into a spiky staff with four diamond-shaped rings, two at each end, with each ring being comparatively larger than the others. These rings can be controlled remotely, have diamond points, and can cut through almost anything. Cell's magic also evolves greatly, allowing him to cast diamond magic instead of carbon magic.

Diamond Cutter: Cell launches diamond chakrams from his wand toward his target. According to him, there is nothing they cannot cut. The chakrams also automatically target their target.
Black Diamond: Cell summons a giant chunk of diamond fragments and hurls a thousand individual shards at his targets. Carbonado, commonly known as Black Diamond, is one of the toughest forms of natural diamond.
Unnamed Diamond Skin Spell: A defensive spell that makes Cell's skin as hard as diamond.

Carbon: Cell's personal magic. It allows him to create and attack his opponents with objects made of carbon. These objects are usually shaped like sharp diamonds or spikes. Cell can create carbon attacks at an astonishing speed, making it difficult for his opponents to react. He can also use Carbon to form large structures, such as towers.
This magic also grants him a protective carbon armor on his skin, which activates instantly upon attack. It is strong enough to protect him from a single blow from Mash. When he uses his Hephaestus Summoning, his Carbon evolves into Diamond. While the evolved form of this magic provides him with even greater defense against physical attacks, it does not protect him from being suffocated by Mash, as his throat can still be compressed with enough force to prevent him from breathing, causing hallucinations.
Carbon Rain: Cell creates magical fissures and then attacks his target with a barrage of carbon blades that emerge from them. The blades can also merge into a large group to increase their power.
Carbo Heavy Rain: a more powerful version of Carbo Rain. Cell attacks its target with large masses of carbon blades. The blades can also merge into a large group to increase their power.
Nameless Epidermis Spell: A defensive spell. Cell covers his body with a carbon epidermis.
Nameless Tower Spell: Cell creates a large carbon tower with a giant spiked carbon ball on top.
Transformation: Cell is able to change his appearance through an unnamed spell, as he took the form of Lance Crown when he first entered Easton Magic Academy, and was later discovered by Rayne Ames.
Levitation Magic: Cell uses his magic to float and levitate in the air, similar to how he would with a magic broom. He seems to prefer using this magic for getting around.

Control Magic: Cell possesses a magic that allows him to partially control humans. He envelops his targets in a dark purple aura and then takes control of their limbs. Cell used this ability to force Abel Walker to strangle himself, so that Abel could not stop it.

Gravity Magic: Cell possesses a magic that allows him to control gravity, very similar to Graviole's. Cell uses it to levitate and repel attacks and obstacles. This magic, along with his transformation spell, allowed him to impersonate Lance Crown.

Immense Magical Power: As a triple-line being, Cell possesses an immense amount of magical power compared to ordinary people. Rayne Ames compared Cell's power to that of the Divine Visionaries. Even Abel Walker was so overwhelmed by Cell's magic that he didn't think it made sense to try to defend himself. Arachnabus, whose abilities consist of measuring the magical power of others, was completely defeated with a single attack from Cell's magic.

Extraordinary reflexes: Cell possesses amazing reflexes, being able to deflect an attack from Rayne Ames that even seemed to surprise Rayne herself. Later, he caught with his bare hand a rock thrown by Mash that was flying towards him at great speed.

Past
At some point in the past, Innocent Zero created Cell from a corpse, using his own blood. Nothing is known about Cell's past before Innocent Zero.

Eclipse arc
In the final chapter, it is shown that he leads a normal life as a milkman.

It was a clone of Mash created after his disappearance.
He was probably created to replace Mash as part of Innocent Zero's ritual, which required the hearts of six blood relatives to further increase his power.
