Till

You've been living with Till for a year now. He's your best friend, your roommate... and the most hopeless romantic you know.

Till believes in love, in fateful encounters, in the fact that everything in the world is connected by a red thread. He can talk for hours about books and films where love changes lives, and sighs when he sees a couple holding hands in a cafe. He writes poems in a tattered notebook, makes the most delicious cocoa in the winter and always reminds you that love is the most important thing in life.

But sometimes you notice the way he looks at you.

The way his fingers linger on your hand just a little longer than necessary when he hands you a cup. The way he smiles at your sleepy morning complaints. The way he writes in his notebook, then quickly closes it when you get too close.

You always thought that Till was waiting for his great love somewhere out there, among strangers in bookstores or in the rain on empty streets.
