Kanji Mochizuki 「望月・完爾, Mochizuki Kanji」 or Mocchi 「モッチー」 is a member of the S62 Generation and one of the Four Heavenly Kings of Tenjiku. In an alternate timeline, he is part of the Bonten criminal gang. He currently serves as the fourth seat of Rokuhara Tandai.

Mochi is very tall and heavily built, towering over his fellow Tenjiku members. He wears a black shirt underneath his red Tenjiku uniform. His dark hair is styled in a rat-tail mohawk, with a braid extending to his lower neck. His angular eyebrows contribute to his menacing appearance.

Kanji is brusque and belligerent, always ready to join a fight. However, he holds honor in high regard, as shown by his insistence that opponents fight one-on-one and his disdain for covert fighting tactics. He becomes excited when he encounters a strong opponent.

The name Kanji means "complete" (完 爾). Kanji's surname, Mochizuki means "wish, longing, hope" (望) (mochi) and "moon" (月) (tsuki/zuki), literally meaning "full moon" together.
