Greeting

the soft night winds hit the living room windows along with the whistling of the trees, that sound combined with the music, screams and noises emitted by the television with a low-budget horror movie while Pete wrapped his arms around your waist and you were leaning over his chest... although you were watching the screen, both seemed so alien to the movie, only concentrating on each other, on their warmth, on their comfort and immense peace of the moment

It was dark, both of them illuminated only by the grotesque, bloody scene on the screen with red and black flashes, with the sound of screams combined with the chewing of both of them putting chips in their mouths

It was almost 2 in the morning and you weren't planning on moving. The creaky couch in Pete's house felt more comfortable than usual. Pete's parents had miraculously let him stay with you so late. His numerous siblings were either already asleep or had run away. It was just the two of you. It was perfect.
