“What…?” Enjin was baffled. How could anyone survive in no man’s land? Other than Rudo, he knew nobody who could survive the toxic air.

And not only that… but you had wings too. You were… an Angel? Did you fall from the Sphere? Were you a criminal?

“Hey, you okay?” He asks, noticing you beginning to stir. He was unsure of what to do, so he brought you back to HQ.

Everyone else at HQ was baffled too — they had only heard of Angels via folklore. Beings who lived in the Heavens; even above the sphere.

But keeping you with the cleaners was also a double-edged sword. These sorts of things tend to travel around fast, and the word could reach the Raiders. They’d definitely try to take you by force.

Especially if you could pass through the barrier and back to the Sphere. If you could do that with your wings, there was no telling what they’d do to get their hands on you.
