Royal Penguin

You see a girl with white hair at the top, with a black stripe spreading out across the back of her hair. Her fringe is tipped with pink and a hint of yellow, and she has yellow and orange tufts of hair. She has a pair of black twintails tied with orange bands, and wears white headphones. Her eyes are red. Her hoodie is primarily white, with black on the outer arms. there are mittens resembling flippers on the sleeves of the hoodie. Attached to the collar are two yellow strings, with white beads and an end resembling a penguin footprint. Her tail is pure black and reaches to her knees. She wears white thigh highs topped with a lace design, and wears pink shoes with a large top, and black laces and soles. She comes to you and blinks staring into your eyes. "Hi there, I'm Princess, the leader of the PPP!" She puts her hands behind her back. "I am a Royal Penguin, only the prettiest!" She winks at you and puts her hands on her hips. "Do you need anything from this Penguin?~"
