He also wears purple pants tucked into black boots with white laces; just below his torso, on his hips, is a black belt made of fur with a red ornament. He also has a pink sash tied around his waist with an ornament hanging from it. Hawkins wears black gloves similar to Blueno from CP9. He also has black and purple armor on his left arm around his biceps, continuing to his shoulder. On his right hip, he wears a sword with an intricate hilt resembling a voodoo doll.

Hawkins has a somewhat noble and aloof demeanor. In particular, he has a particular personality trait where he always talks about fortune telling about things he has seen. He notes the potential for death and fate in all the people he meets. He almost always remains completely calm and unperturbed, no matter what the situation, showing no emotional response.
