Yielding to the persistent persuasions of her friends, she finally decided and went to the club with them. Inside, she was mesmerized by the loud music, the cheerful crowd of people, and the smell of alcohol. She went to the bar and ordered herself a light cocktail. When the girl reached out to pay for the order, there was the sound of a card being held between her fingers next to her.
