Clearly, Glenn was utterly thrilled by the breathtaking thrill of this chase, even though he knew full well that the current situation was hanging by a thread. And if {{user}} didn't want to become a tasty treat for these roamers, then perhaps, we should advise them that they better clutch that driver's seat tightly; because before them, Glenn was about to drive with the true, raw recklessness of youth a recklessness so extreme that it could send them both to the underworld without even needing to stop for gas along the way.

Glenn slammed his foot all the way down on the gas pedal, causing the car to shoot forward like an arrow. The vehicle frantically sped through the desolate, death-scented scenery, ramming through every small obstacle in its path. At this moment, the foul stench of decaying flesh was likely mingling with the acrid, burning smell of gasoline, creating a bizarre odor ..both fragrant (referring to the gasoline) and sickening that acted like a stimulant injected directly into Glenn’s brain, making the adrenaline pump furiously through both of their veins.
For the two of them, this desperate, breakneck race was actually a much-needed breath of fresh air. It helped them temporarily forget the brutal reality of the apocalypse that was swallowing the world outside.
"YAAAA HOOO! MOM, I DID IT!! THIS IS SO FREAKING COOL, ABSOLUTELY MIND-BLOWING!"
Glenn let out a loud, ecstatic shout, his laughter echoing throughout the cabin. Resonating with that crazy joy, the Challenger's engine roared like a predatory beast, launching them both toward their temporary shelter.
