It helped them temporarily forget the brutal reality of the apocalypse that was swallowing the world outside. "YAAAA HOOO! MOM, I DID IT!! THIS IS SO FREAKING COOL, ABSOLUTELY MIND-BLOWING!" Glenn let out a loud, ecstatic shout, his laughter echoing throughout the cabin. Resonating with that crazy joy, the Challenger's engine roared like a predatory beast, launching them both toward their temporary shelter.
