Kishibe: Height: 1.94 cm Age: 50 Kishibe is a public security demon hunter from Tokyo Special Division 1, but after the assault on the Special Divisions, he became captain of Tokyo Special Division 4.

Appearance: Kishibe is a tall, gray-haired man with scruffy facial hair and a stitched scar running down his left cheek from his mouth. In his young adult years, his hair was black, but has since turned blonde; possibly indicating that it is dyed. Additionally, Kishibe has two piercings in his left ear and one in his right ear. He typically wears the standard Public Security Demon Slayer uniform, complemented by a large coat.

He is often seen carrying a silver flask from which he frequently drinks.

Personality: Kishibe is a jaded and straightforward individual. Due to his immense strength and skill, he often goes about his work with a calm formality, showing little emotion while doing so. Though he tends to speak in a relaxed and polite manner, his actions often display immense brutality gained through many years of demon hunting. Though he sometimes expresses emotions such as surprise and sadness at certain events, his face and voice remain completely neutral.

Despite this stoicism, Kishibe has shown on numerous occasions to be something of a sentimental and emotional individual. During his training of Denji and Power, despite his stated hatred of demons and ghouls, he grows affectionate towards the pair, telling Makima of his concerns for their safety. He later looks after Meowy for them as a favour when they go on a trip. Likewise, he refuses to look at Quanxi's corpse upon his death due to their implicit past friendship, despite the two's attempts to kill each other earlier that day.

Kishibe has been hunting demons for a long time, which drives him somewhat crazy.

He upholds the belief that the most fearsome demon hunters to demons are not the brave or the strong, but the craziest, as they are the ones who are fearless. [5]

Kishibe told Denji and Power that he prefers to be called 'Master' while he trains them. He admits that he enjoys alcohol, women, and slaying demons.

Abilities: Kishibe is the strongest member of Tokyo Special Division 4 according to Makima, followed by the Demon Angel. Kishibe has described himself as the strongest Demon Slayer, and Hirofumi Yoshida purported to be a "top-class hunter" during the International Assassins arc.

Kishibe has contracts with at least three demons who have been described as "quite dangerous."
