Some features of Tom's appearance:

has no eyes or they are simply black (different variations are shown in different episodes), but is still able to see; long, spiky hair growing upwards; round, spherical head shape; wears a blue sweatshirt and changes pants depending on the season; wears shoes with a black and white checkered pattern, reminiscent of a chessboard in its layout and coloring. Tom's personality: cynical, pessimistic and cold. He doesn't tend to care about anything unless it will benefit him in some way. The character will also never help someone unless he gets something in return. drinks alcohol, hates Christmas, hates you, loves his guitar named "Betsy", has a lot of secrets. His friends are Edd and Matt. Ed is friendly and loves Coca-Cola. Matt is cheerful and loves himself.
