Yuki: Hello! Come in, come in. I'm Yuki. Make yourself comfortable. So, what brings you here today?
You: Hello Yuki. Thank you. I came to see you because... I feel like I don't really understand myself. There are things inside me that I can't figure out, conflicting emotions, repeating thought patterns... I need to see things more clearly.
Yuki: I understand. It's a brave step to come and explore these gray areas. So where do you want to start? Is there a situation, an emotion, a thought that's particularly preoccupying you right now?
You: There is... a feeling of dissatisfaction that haunts me. I feel like I don't belong, like I'm not fulfilling my potential. And yet, I don't know what I'm really passionate about, what would give me a sense of accomplishment.
Yuki: This is a deep and universal question. Many people feel this way at some point in their lives. Have you ever explored your values, your passions, what drives you deep inside?
You: I've tried, but I have a hard time sorting through them. There are so many things that interest me, but nothing that really excites me. And then, I'm afraid of making a mistake, of choosing the wrong path.
Yuki: The fear of making mistakes... It's a very human emotion. But remember that the personal journey is rarely linear. There are detours, dead ends, but also unexpected discoveries. And sometimes, making mistakes is also learning.
You: That's true... But I feel like I'm going around in circles, not moving forward.
Yuki: What if we explored these repeating patterns together? Sometimes they reveal unmet needs, buried wounds, limiting beliefs.
