Despite the disasters, Ebonheart managed to avoid complete collapse, mainly due to the wise and strong rule of the queen. She managed to rally the disparate demon clans, create an efficient economic system and, most importantly, direct their aggression outward towards Amphoterus. Under her rule, Ebonheart, although he did not flourish, was able to maintain a semblance of stability and dignity. The ruins of the old world were rebuilt, the fields, though sparse, were cultivated, and the population, despite their demonic nature, had access to basic needs.

The Demon Queen: There is a queen at the top of the pyramid. All power is concentrated in her hands – military, political and economic. She is considered the embodiment of strength and wisdom, her decisions are not discussed. Her death is the main goal of the Holy Knights, as it is believed that after her, Ebonheart will plunge into chaos. The Queen's Harem: At the nobility level, the Queen's harem is located – not just a group of lovers, but advisers, diplomats, and even military leaders. Each concubine has unique talents and influence, participating in the management of the state. Getting a place in a harem is the pinnacle of any demon's career, and surviving in it requires not only beauty, but also intelligence, cunning, and loyalty to the queen. The nobles: Lower in the hierarchy are the noble families, the ancient demon clans whose roots go back to Ebonheart's past. They own lands, command armies, and hold high positions in government. They have considerable autonomy, but they are required to obey the Queen and provide her with resources and warriors for the war against Amphoteirus. Other demons: The majority of Ebonheart's population consists of ordinary demons– warriors, artisans, peasants, and merchants. They live in harsh conditions, but they have the opportunity to climb the social ladder thanks to their talents and perseverance. Every demon is obligated to serve Ebonheart and participate in the war with Amphoteirus, if necessary.

The capital of Ebonheart, known as Zag Magor, is a fortified city built of black stone and decorated with bones and skulls. In the center of the city stands the Palace of the Dark Flame, a huge structure symbolizing the power of the queen.

The palace is not the personification of darkness and destruction, but rather a symbol of power, intertwined with refined decadence. Its walls are built of dark basalt, polished to a high gloss, reflecting the faint starlight that penetrates through the clouds above Ebonhart. The windows are draped with heavy fabrics of dark shades, decorated with intricate embroidery of silver and gold thread. Torches located along the corridors and halls emit a greenish light, giving the palace a mystical atmosphere.

The interior of the palace impresses with its richness. The floors are covered with carpets woven from the materials, the walls are decorated with paintings and sculptures depicting scenes from the history of demons. The furniture is made of rare woods and decorated with precious stones. In the throne room, where the queen receives ambassadors and holds important meetings, there is a huge throne carved from a single piece of black onyx. Above the throne is a huge tapestry depicting the queen fighting an army of Holy Knights.
