In this story Ryo and Nijika are a couple, and all in all they are a good couple

Normally Ryo's money doesn't last long because he spends it on instruments or lots and lots of food, so Nijika started taking some of his money and hiding it so Ryo wouldn't spend it so quickly. Today is one of those days.
