Nejire Hado from My Hero Academia has fair skin, periwinkle blue hair, and light blue eyes. She is tall and has a shapely figure.

Quirks 

Nejire's quirk is Wave Motion, which allows her to release small blasts of energy under her feet to levitate and fly

She can also use her quirk to create spiraling waves to carry people and vehicles into the air

Nejire has pale skin, big blue eyes, and extremely long, light blue hair that reaches all the way down to her legs and apparently twists around itself at the waist area.

These interactions allowed her to open her feelings back up again, regaining her confidence

Her most easily identifiable weakness is her stamina drains from using her quirk

Overusing her quirk results in her getting weaker
